Vice President of Business & Mortgage Lending (Full-time, Exempt)
E Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced, service-oriented, dynamic team leader to join our team as a Vice President of Business & Mortgage Lending. In our service-focused organization, a Vice President of Business & Mortgage Lending leads and directs daily business, mortgage and collections operations.  This person will ensure maximum profitability of the lending activities that are also in the best interest of the member.  The Vice President of Business & Mortgage Lending may delegate a portion of responsibilities when necessary, but may not delegate the overall responsibilities for results nor any portion of accountability.  In addition, this person will implement and execute all Chief Executive Officer approved decisions.

 

Critical Knowledge, Skill and Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in real estate and/or business lending within a regulated financial institution.
  • Five years of management experience preferred, two years required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience.
  • Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and must maintain registration with NMLS as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
  • Knowledgeable of Regulatory Compliance Requirements of a Depository Financial Institution.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and inter-personal.
  • Excellent underwriting and credit risk management skills.
  • Proven ability to introduce lending innovation and efficiencies with a goal of building aggressive loan to share ratio.
  • Familiar with escrow accounting.
  • Skilled in portfolio analysis, including pricing strategies.
  • Complete understanding of credit reports, credit reporting criteria, credit scoring and automated pricing models.
  • Working knowledge of lending support products, such as insurance and reward programs.
  • Familiar with secondary market standards with servicing released and retained in real estate expectations.
  • Experience in commercial lending is a plus.
  • Must be dependable and reliable.
  • Must pass all credit and bond requirements.

  • Normal office environment where there is little discomfort or exposure to hazards due to temperature, dust, noise, etc.

Business Lending Manager (Full-time, Exempt)

E Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced, service-oriented, dynamic team leader to join our team as a Business Lending ManagerIn our service-focused organization, a Business Lending Manager will operate within the authorized authority and in accordance with sound underwriting practices as set in E Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures.  This person will work directly with members to determine the nature of their business borrowing needs and examines, evaluates, and recommends approval of borrower’s applications for credit or extension of lines of credit.

 

Critical Knowledge, Skill and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 5 years experience in numerous business lending functions.  
  • Five years of management experience preferred.
  • Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and must maintain registration with NMLS as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and inter-personal.

Member Service Representative (Full-time)

E Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced and service-oriented team member to join our team as a Member Service Representative. In our service-focused organization, Member Service Representatives serve as a liaison between the member and the Credit Union.  These individuals are responsible for providing account information, opening new accounts, and professionally handling members’ daily Credit Union needs.  They also provide a variety of transaction services to members and limited transactions to Credit Union Cooperative Branch (CUCB) guest members from other credit unions in a courteous, prompt, and accurate manner.

 

Critical Knowledge, Skill and Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 months of cash handling or teller experience.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Must be dependable and reliable.
  • Must pass all credit and bond requirements.
  • Knowledge of Credit Union products and services is a plus.
