Member Service Representative – Full-time

E Federal Credit Union is seeking a full time Member Service Representative.  Candidate should be a high school graduate/GED with a minimum of 6 months of cash handling or teller experience, and experience in good customer relations.  These individuals will serve as liaison between the member and the Credit Union.  Responsible for providing account information, opening new accounts, and professionally handling members’ daily Credit Union needs.  Provides a variety of transaction services to members and limited transactions to Credit Union Cooperative Branch (CUCB) guest members from other credit unions in a courteous, prompt, and accurate manner.  Will report directly to the Member Service Coordinator and Supervisor.  Must be professional, dependable and reliable.  Excellent benefits, salary commensurate with experience.

 

 

Branch Manager – Full-time

E Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced, service-oriented, dynamic team leader to join our team as a Branch Manager. In our service-focused organization, Branch Managers oversee the overall daily operations of a branch office.  They model, mentor and coach employees in the art of strengthening member relationships through excellent service and our wide array of financial solutions.  Solving member and employee issues within established policies and guidelines is also an important function of this position. Critical knowledge, skill and educational requirements include: high school diploma or equivalent, two years of supervisory experience, knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements of a depository financial institution, lending experience preferred, excellent communication and inter-personal skills, exceptional leadership and organizational skills in-depth knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus, and must pass all credit and bond requirements.
