Wire Transfer Services
E Federal Credit Union utilizes the Federal Reserve Wire Transfer program to allow members to quickly and conveniently electronically transfer funds between financial institutions. Incoming wire transfer services are free for EFCU members. To arrange for an outgoing wire, you must initiate the wire transfer at the institution where the funds are currently deposited.
In order to receive a domestic or international (thru a correspondent financial institution) incoming wire transfer to your account at EFCU, you will need to provide the sending financial institution with the following information to ensure the funds are received:

If the incoming wire funds are to be deposited to your checking account, please be sure to provide your entire checking account number which is typically located at the bottom of your checks. If you do not have checks and/or need assistance finding the number, please see an EFCU staff member for assistance.
If you would like the incoming wire deposited to your savings (share account), simply provide your regular savings (share account) number.
Incoming wires are posted throughout the day until 5:00 p.m. Central Time during regular business hours.
NOTE: If the sending financial institution requires a SWIFT Code or Bank Identifier Code (BIC) for an international incoming wire transfer, you will need to stop by a branch location or contact our Call Center at (225) 214-6800 or toll-free (800) 963-3328 for further assistance.
